I recently discovered that children aren’t required to be in carseats when driving in taxis here, so now that Momo’s can fit in a booster, I’ve been leaning on them a lot more often for short local trips – daycare if it’s snowing, the clinic that’s just-slightly-too-far-by-bus, stuff like that. It’s an easy sell – a short and relaxing car ride, or fifty minutes of frustration and bad weather? Sign me up for the magical conveyance that takes me literally down the street, thanks.
