How Baby

Please… makers of children’s shows… I’m dying… let there be even numbers of male and female characters… and not just ‘adventurous boy’, ‘funny boy’, ‘smart boy’, and ‘the girl one’…

I’d like to be able to say this is one particular show Momo’s watching, but I can’t. It’s so many of them, especially now that she’s branching into more ‘mature’ kids shows that trend a bit more towards the boy demographic. My daughter loves robots and space, man, and she needs more than the girl sidekick with the sassy pink hairband.

(I wanna note that I made Kev tear up with this one, because I drew Momo looking older. He’s a softie, folks.)
