Friends, I should tell you that I thought for a hot minute about faking you out with a ‘Kev and Lindsay are happy to announce a new addition to the family…’ comic, but I couldn’t do that to you. Announcement: we got a cat~! Happy birthday to me.

He doesn’t have a name yet – he’s very very very pretty and very sweet. He came to the shelter with a broken leg, which is why he sits a little funny still, and he’ll have a limp, but he’s ours.

He and Momo became fast friends and go absolutely everywhere together already, and he always wants to be under my feet, which means… we’re back to the ‘a significant portion of the household watches me while I pee’ phase of my life, which is something I didn’t think I’d experience again.
