You might remember back in June, when Momo finished her first year of school, that I realized that I had something of a deficit compared to other parents. Well, I’m pleased to report that the tide has turned, and after two months of being the person on deck for all drop-offs and pick-ups, I have indeed become… That Mom.

Momo’s school did a Halloween parade, and it was real cute when her class came in and a bunch of her classmates started cheering and pointing at me, like, “look, it’s Momo’s mom! Where’s Momo? Tell her her mom is here!”

It’s nice!! It’s nice to know people are excited to see me, even if those people are six-year-olds! 😀
